1) How much does it cost to hire a fire dancer in Los Angeles?
Most Los Angeles fire performances with Radiate Fire Dancing start at $500 for a single performer. Your final quote depends on the type of performance, number of performers, the length of your event, and your venue's location. Send us your event details through our booking form and we'll put together a custom quote for you.
2) Are your fire dancers insured?
Yes. Radiate Fire Dancing carries $2,000,000 in aggregate fire performance insurance coverage, and we can provide a certificate of insurance for your venue.
3) Do I need a permit for a fire performance in Los Angeles?
For Residential performances, there's not permit required. Open-flame performances in public or commercial venues in Los Angeles area generally need approval from the local fire authority, which may be the LAFD, the LA County Fire Department, or a city's own fire department, such as Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, or Long Beach. Requirements vary by city and venue.
4) Can fire dancers perform indoors?
Yes, many indoor venues allow fire performances, depending on ceiling height, sizing available and venue policy. We choose props to fit your space. We recommend checking first with your venue, and we can help you coordinate with them. If fire is not allowed in your event, we also offer non-fire options!
5) How far in advance should I book a fire dancer in LA?
We recommend booking 2 weeks in advance, especially for weekends. For holidays such as Halloween and New Year's Eve, we suggest 4-6 weeks in advance to ensure performer availability.
